ESTUN robot-specific high-performance servo
As the “powerhouse” of the robot, we adopt ESTUN’s independently developedhigh-performance servo system to ensure extreme precision and smoothresponse during high-speed operation. The system is deeply optimized forbending processes, delivering high torque density and dynamic stiffnessfor faster acceleration and shorter settling time, significantly improvingbending cycle time and trajectory accuracy.
Japanese Nabtesco reducer
The robot’s “joint core” is equipped with Nabtesco’s high-precision reducer,renowned for its excellent transmission accuracy, high rigidity, and longservice life. This reducer effectively suppresses backlash and vibration,ensuring stable and reliable positioning performance even under frequentstart-stop cycles, changing loads, and complex postures, providing solidassurance for long-term, high-intensity operation.
High-quality castings
Key structural parts of the robot body are manufactured using high-qualitycasting processes, refined through precision design, material optimization,and heat treatment. They combine high strength, lightweight design, andhigh dynamic stability. The integrally formed cast components effectivelyenhance overall rigidity, suppress motion deformation and vibration, layinga solid foundation for the robot’s long-term accuracy retentionand durability.

Messages In Time
A bar graph displaying how many message were displayed over the time.Only the message that were active while the DA-Control was stared are indicated.The following categories of messages are indicted:
Products In Time
This block displays a bar graph indicating for each product the amount that has produced per day.When the mouse cursor is moved onto one of these bars,the product ID and the amount for that date is displayed.
D = messages from the Delem application
M = messages from a DM-module
P = messages that are generated by a safely PLC
S = message generated by the sequencer


Overview: Any load applied to the robot must followthe robot load diagram to prevent unstable robotoperation and overload of motors, reducers, andstructures.
Note:The load applied to the ER80B robot must conformto the ER80B robot load curve. The mass of the loadand its own inertia must be confirmed under variousonditions. Overloading will overload the motor andreducer, shorten the robot’s lifespan, and in severecases, may damage the robot.
